目标
(一) 吸引88位非华裔参与人数。
(二) 邀请华文学会四大股参与表演活动，同时促使至少两股或以上的合作。
(三) 提高学生们对新春活动的认知，以便此新春嘉年华会得以传承。

Goals
1. To attract 88 person from other races or nationality to participate in this event.
2. Invite the 4 major divisions of CLS to participate in the performances, simultaneously persuade at least two or more of the divisions to cooperate.
3. Improve the knowledge of students toward the CNYE so that the culture can be inherited by the future generation.
